Your first consultation will last up to 90 minutes.  This gives plenty of time to discuss your health concerns, carry out any clinical examinations that might be necessary (e.g. blood pressure), and produce a full history of your case.  Once all the information has been gathered, I will share my thoughts with you and together discuss a management plan to assist in treating your condition and improving your overall wellbeing.

Following this discussion, I will formulate your unique herbal prescription which will be individually prepared to match your unique requirements.  This will normally be in the form of a liquid medicine blended from herbal tinctures, but may also include additional herbal creams, lotions, teas, or nutritional supplements if these are also appropriate for your treatment.

Your herbal prescription will be posted out to you within 24 hours of your consultation.  Your course of treatment will vary depending on your individual treatment plan but follow up appointments are usually scheduled for 2 to 6 weeks after your initial consultation.  These last between 30 and 60 minutes and allow for assessment of your progress and, if needed, for adjustments to be made to your prescription.
